Thanks to Botox and fillers, as well as the work that I’ve already had, my face pretty much maintains itself.

Are those lips looking a little less plump? And where did those fine lines around your mouth come from? This is where fillers come in. These are all places where volume has been lost over time and fillers can replace that lost volume!

Most fillers are made from a material naturally occurring in skin, this material is non-permanent and reversible (Restylane, Juvederm, Belotero). There are more permanent fillers out there ( Sculptra) and they are made out of more synthetic materials.

There are so many fillers out there today. The main difference is how heavy the product is and how long it lasts. Heavier products last longer and are used to lift larger areas.  Juvederm Voluma XC, Radiesse,  Restylane Lift and L, Bellafill and Sculptra.

The smaller, more refined fillers that are less likely to swell are better for fine lines and wrinkles. Examples of the more delicate fillers include: Restylane Silk, Belotero Balance, and Juvederm Ultra and Ultra Plus XC.
